Terms & Conditions – Kayo Resort Pench
Dear Guest,
Kindly review the following terms and conditions for your stay at Kayo Resort Pench:
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- In the absence of advance payment, the booking will not be held and may be treated as cancelled.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 02:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled at the time of check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
- The booking amount may be adjusted against a future stay, subject to availability.
- Such adjustment will be valid for 3 months from the original check-in date.
- The revised booking must be made under the same guest name.
- Any difference in tariff (if applicable) will be payable as per the revised booking dates.
5. Child & Extra Person Policy
- Children below 5 years can stay complimentary (without extra bed).
- Additional guests will be charged as per the applicable extra person rates.
6. Meal Policy
- Meals will be served at fixed timings.
- No refund or adjustment will be provided for missed meals.
7. Safari Policy
- Safari bookings are subject to availability and regulations of the forest department.
- Once confirmed, safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The resort shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or changes made by forest authorities.
8. Guest Responsibilities
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property and will be charged accordingly.
- Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and decorum within the premises.
9. Resort Rules
- Loud music is not permitted beyond designated hours.
- Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Entry of outside visitors is not allowed without prior permission from the management.
10. Unmarried Couple Policy
- Unmarried couples are permitted to stay at the resort.
- Both individuals must be 25 years or above.
- Valid government-issued photo ID with age proof is mandatory at check-in.
- Local IDs may be restricted, subject to management discretion.
- The management reserves the right to deny check-in if valid documentation is not provided.
11. Swimming Pool Rules
- Usage of the swimming pool is at the guest’s own risk.
- Proper swimwear is mandatory.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
12. Liability
The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
13. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
14. Management Rights
- The management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Admission may be refused or cancelled in cases of misconduct or non-compliance with resort policies.
